Your earbuds should feel secure in your ears:
- Gently shake your head left to right to make sure your earbuds are secure.
Your earbuds should feel comfortable in your ears:
- If you feel too much pressure anywhere on your ear, try a smaller size eargel.
- If you feel the earbud is too loose, try a larger size eargel
It is quite common to use different sized eargels in each ear.
You will notice some sound isolation from surrounding noise.
To get the ideal fit, it is recommended that you use the ‘Find Your Fit’ feature within the Jaybird App. This offers additional guided fit videos and is another way to check your fit.
