Some users might experience physical DPI changes when the wireless report rate is changed in G HUB. If this happens, see if Enhance pointer precision is enabled in Windows. This setting can cause an interference and be observed on all our Logitech gaming mice with the option to change the wireless report rate in G HUB.
We suggest disabling Enhance pointer precision in Windows to give you complete control over DPI settings and DPI preferences. Here's how to disable it:
- Open the Control Panel and then click Hardware & Sound.
- Under Devices and Printers, click Mouse.
- Select the Pointer Options tab and under Motion, uncheck Enhance pointer precision.
- Click Apply.
