On M1 Mac computers, you can create and use Photoshop-specific settings for your mouse in the same admin account where the Adobe Creative Cloud app was installed. If you switch to a different admin account, you’ll need to re-install the Creative Cloud app in that account to create and use Photoshop-specific settings.
