When a micro SD card is not detected on your PC, try the following:
If you’re using a USB Hub, please remove the card from the USB hub and try connecting it directly to the native USB port.
Use a new SD card reader or a new SD card USB adapter.
Switch to a different USB port on your PC.
Connect the SD card to another PC.
If none of these resolve the problem, please put the micro SD card into the CLOUD and move files using the USB cable.
