When a Logi application such as Options+ or G HUB is installed, macOS shows a notification informing you that a background process has been added to Login Items. These processes are needed to detect the devices and device functionality to function properly.

If you disable the Logi application from Login Items, the device customization won’t work and the Logi application will be stuck on the loading screen.

To resolve this issue, do the following:

1. Launch System Settings.
2. Click on General.
3. Click on Login items.
4. Enable the toggle to ON for Logi applications.
