If you've downloaded the G HUB software and nothing happens when you open the installation file, do the following:

1. Delete the installation package. If you have a previous installation of G HUB, you’ll also need to uninstall that.
   Confirm that C:\Program Files\LGHUB is completely removed.
2. Go to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest supported downloads. 
3. Download the latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package:   https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
4. Open the downloaded file and install it. If you’re prompted to restart after the installation is complete, do so.
5. Open the file again and click Repair (restart, if you're prompted to).
6. Re-download the G HUB driver installation package and install G HUB.
