You can use your BRIO 4K webcam with Windows Hello. When you connect BRIO 4K to any USB port on a computer running Windows 10 that has internet access, Microsoft Windows Update will install the necessary driver and service.

Note: The driver and service can only be obtained from Windows Update and cannot be downloaded as a separate file. 

Once the update is complete, go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and select BRIO for Windows Hello.

Enhanced Sign-In Security

If you have Enhanced Sign-In Security enabled, you will need to disable VBS to use BRIO for Windows Hello. (For more information, see Microsoft article Virtualization-based Security VBS.)

To turn off VBS:

• Navigate to Settings > Windows Update > Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation  and under Memory Integrity, slide the toggle to Off.
