I could not describe it in a better way. Come on Logitech, you can do it!

I don't think any of us are going to shut up about it until it's actually implemented.

I NEED this too!!!! I basically bought both Logitech devices thinking this was possible! Flow is not an option for me!

I'm convinced that the LogiTech developers are smarter & more innovative than they let on, and that there's a possibility that this functionality could be squeezed into the next release.  Albeit, I admit that my claims may or may not be rooted in truth...

Thank you, Siddharth.  Please advise if this functionality has been for a particular release or if use cases are needed before development begins.

    Cheers!

Please continue passing this feedback to the development team. I imagine you will continue getting comments and feedback on this until it has been implemented.

The amount of feedback you have received, and continue to receive, on this feature should make it very clear to the product and development team that this is what your customers need. It should be a top priority in the development backlog.

After purchasing MX Keys for about a month, since I am loving it wanted to buy the MX Master 3 instead of the current G604 for this very function, and now it turns out that they are not capable of such :( as for many others here, Flow is not an option on the work computer, so I guess as this point I am better off with the G604 - that at least has the switch button on the top instead of the bottom... please implement this :)

The interesting thing is that there are already products from other companies that can do so. For example, sets from Rapoo. And they cost 2-4 times less...

But how could the designers put the switch button on the bottom of the mouse? If you buy the device for switching between computers, that means, that you need to use this button many times. At least this button could be on the top of the mouse. For example, as made in the Rapoo MT750S, which costs 2 times less that mx3...

All this is a very bad user experience.

Which keyboard/mouse combo from Rapoo support this? Does it has blacklight too? I don't think I will ever buy Logitech products again.

I think it makes sense to put it in the bottom because ideally you could change with the button from the keyboard, so again the same problem.

We now heard multiple times in this thread that the Logi Support will forward the massive feedback (1 year of non-stop complaints) or already has forwarded the word of the customer.

However, what is going to happen? What is the roadmap? What is the impact? Is the Logi Support inside of Logitech seen? Is their word put into the software design planning?

I mean, seeing one year of straight customer complaints with feedback the kind of "we hear you and forward" seems not to bring any value.

So, again, I would like to know if I can buy from Logitech or not due to lacking advertised, essential features.

I make Christian Goke's words my own. We need an actual position from Logitech regarding this issue.

    Also agree with Christian.

Can you just answer a simple question.

Are you going to fix this or not?

I’m also joining this conversation again to make my need for this feature known

Indeed I support this request and remind Logi that we would like an answer if this will be added or not.

Option to write directly to Logitech MX product manager 'Jean-Christophe Hemes' now seems appropriate (nothing changed in months and no one answers if they are planning to release an update to fix this).

He is on LinkedIn. So we can ask him directly or leave feedback under his post about his product presentation: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/jhemes_pmf21-productmanagement-activity-6864964707879661568-_W7t

Anyone who needs this functionality can ask too.

P.S. found him in a public logitech video https://youtu.be/3qTzJfzDkwM

I'm also interested, I'm holding back from buying a KVM hopping this will be available soon. I switch from one computer to an other multiple times everyday, I suggest to provide Logitech developers a MX Keys and MX Master combo and make them work on in Windows and Linux having to switch from one to other continuously, I'm sure they will end up implementing the support even in their spare time.

Add me to the list of people that would like to see this function. This keyboard mouse combo was my best investment for 2020's working from home. Now that I'm working from home for all eternity as it seems now, switching back and forth between home and personal computers would be nice for those of us that can't install these features on our work computers.

    Hey all,

It is not possible to use one Easy-Switch button to at the same time change both your mouse and keyboard to a different computer/device.

We do understand that this is a feature that a lot of customers would like. If you are switching between Apple macOS and/or Microsoft Windows computers, we offer Flow. Flow allows you to control multiple computers with a Flow-enabled mouse. Flow automatically switches between computers by moving your cursor to the edge of the screen, and the keyboard follows.

In other cases where Flow is not applicable, one Easy-Switch button for both mouse and keyboard might look like a simple answer. However, we cannot guarantee this solution at the moment, as it is not easy to implement.

    Unhelpful, Siddharth.
I think that same reply has been pasted in this thread multiple times...

I think the belief of the posting community is that the developers and program managers do not understand the breath of demand for this issue. Since Logitech thinks this is impossible I think it makes sense to start a competing open source solution, since the software component to accomplish this is relatively trivial.

I suspect the real issue is that the feedback was deliver a year ago and there isn’t insight into ongoing demand.

The same and repeated unhelpful response. Siddharth, you continue to refer to a solution that is not an option for a majority of people in this thread. A large number of people cannot use Flow due to a number of reasons, this is the crux of the problem. This problem has been been pointed out numerous times in this thread and yet we continue to be told to use Flow. We can't...
