    @Vlad Radoiu But the mouse and keyboard need to be conneted between them in some way, show you there are connected (with a light or similar visual outbut) and give you the possibility of cahnge connection maybe with a button (if in you office there are more than one poeple have a MX product for example you don't want to switch also the other people's device). Then, if you want to switch to multiple computer or other devices (like tablet, smartphone...) then it probably really worth using bluetooth instead of the USB receiver.

    @RoboAddy yes of course, you are right. But if a software can switch also the other device (I sayed flow but with new functions that not exist right now, it could be also a new software), then you have all your device connected to the other PC where there are the copy of the same software also running and then if you switch back one device also the other one is switch. This is a solution that could work maybe, I don't know.

    Let's make a little bit of order here (with my bad English, sorry for that).

    Premise: this is only my opinion as an user here, I have only a little bit of knowledge in this area. 

    There are two main different type of request from community.

    From one side someone asks to make the phisically click of the switch button on one device also switch the other device (let's call this the HARDWARE implementation). This is the main request, but anyone with a little bit of technical knowledge can understand that this requires ad hardware implementation, because the device need to be connected between them, so I don't think the actual devices could ever doing such a thing. This add a new layer of complexity for such a "simple" device like a mouse or keyboard, they need to have other connection between them, the association between them (maybe in one room there are more then one MX mouse and one MX keyboard) and so on.

    From the other side there are people asking to allow flow or similar software to switch also the other device (let's call the SOFTWARE implementation). This is feaseble, and it is also as flow already work, the limit here is that flow is only supported in Mac and Windows, and in some computer (like the business one) is not possible to install external application like flow so these people need the HARDWARE implementation.

    From my point of view Logitech, at least, could implement a more extended version of flow working also for Android and Linux like computer at first, so when the keyboard and mouse are conneted throught the same device with flow the switch in one device switch the other one.

    I hope this could make people understand better the situation here (I am also one of the people not really happy with this situation, but I think that lot of people didn't understand deeply all of this).

    It is not possible to use one Easy-Switch button to at the same time change both your mouse and keyboard to a different computer/device.
    We do understand that this is a feature that a lot of customers would like. If you are switching between Apple macOS and/or Microsoft Windows computers, we offer Flow. Flow allows you to control multiple computers with a Flow-enabled mouse. Flow automatically switches between computers by moving your cursor to the edge of the screen, and the keyboard follows.
    In other cases where Flow is not applicable, one Easy-Switch button for both mouse and keyboard might look like a simple answer. However, we cannot guarantee this solution at the moment, as it is not easy to implement.
