If your speaker is grayed out from the main screen in the app, it means your speaker is turned off. Try turning on the speaker through the app or the speaker itself to enable the features in the app.
If your speaker is grayed out and also listed as unavailable, it means your speaker is out of range. Try bringing the speaker in range if it isn’t already, and/or try to Bluetooth pair your speaker to your device again.

Note: Your speaker will not appear in the list at all if it hasn’t previously been Bluetooth connected to the device you’re using the app on. Please follow the Bluetooth pairing instructions on your speaker’s Getting Started page to connect speaker to your device first in order to enjoy the features of the UE | BOOM app.
If you wish to remove a speaker from your UE | BOOM app, go to the main screen showing the list of speakers, and swipe left on the speaker you wish to remove, then hit the trash can button.
