If you were having issues either installing the 1.32 release or with device detection in China, a new build (1.32.366807) has been released that will fix the issues.
If you were unable to install Options+, download the latest installer from Support page and install Options+ using the new installer.
If you already have Options+ installed, use the following instructions to update to the latest build:
- Launch Logi Options+ and in the top right corner, click on the Settings icon. Click Check for Update and install the update.
- If you still are not able to upgrade, then uninstall Options+.
NOTE: After uninstalling Options+, any settings you have customised will be restored to their defaults.
- Win: Control panel > Program and Features
- Mac: Launch Finder, open the Applications folder, then drag Logi Options+ to the trash
- Download the latest installer from the Support page.
- Install Options+ using the new installer.
