When you're in Game Mode, the Windows and Context Menu keys are disabled. This prevents you from being dropped out of a game if you accidently press them. You can configure additional keys to be disabled when Game Mode is pressed with G HUB.
To enable/disable Game Mode, press the button highlighted in the image below, or customize it on G HUB.
