Yes, you can. However, PLAYSYNC will be limited to audio-only switching. Please see section 3.7.1 of the user manual for details.
NOTE: When using USB only, you will be limited to 16-bit quality audio for consoles such as Xbox and PlayStation. Your PC will continue to function in 24-bit quality. Nintendo Switch is not currently supported when using USB only.
