The Bluetooth and WiFi connections of your Ultimate Ears speakers give you access to different features.
WiFi allows you to take advantage of the Alexa feature which in turn gives you the ability to control the following music/content services with voice:

TuneIn Radio
Deezer
Pandora
Spotify
Bluetooth allows you to stream other music/content services directly to the speaker as long as you have the app for the service. Here’s a list of a few services you can stream through Bluetooth:
YouTube Red
Apple Music
Local music (iTunes, Google Play Music)
