Your Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds come out of the box ready to pair.
- Take the case out of the box and keep it open.
- On your audio device go to Bluetooth settings and select Jaybird Vista 2.
If you’re trying to pair an additional phone or audio device, you’ll need to manually initiate pairing mode on your earbuds:
- Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
- Open the charging case and press and hold the case button until the three LEDs start blinking white.
- On your Bluetooth audio device, go to Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is enabled.
- Select ‘Jaybird Vista 2’ in the list of discovered devices. Once connected, the white LEDs will turn off.
If you’re having trouble pairing your earbuds, try the following steps:
- Turn your audio device Bluetooth off for at least 10 seconds and then back on again. Please note that turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection.
- Try to pair your Jaybird Vista 2 again.
If this doesn’t work, try the following:
- Turn your audio device off and then back on.
- Go to your audio device Bluetooth settings and “Forget” or “Remove” Jaybird Vista 2.
- Try to pair your Jaybird Vista 2 again.
Please note, Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds can remember the pairing information for up to 8 devices.
If you still have problems, try resetting your earbuds. See How do I reset my Jaybird Vista 2 earbuds?.
