Yes, Jaybird Vista 2 are designed with passive noise reduction (PNR) and an active noise cancelation (ANC) function.
Active Noise Cancelation
When the earbuds are set in ANC mode, sounds of the environment are actively cancelled and isolated by built in technology.
Passive Noise Reduction
When the earbuds are set in OFF mode (PNR), sounds of the environment are isolated only as a result of the physical seal the earbud forms in the ear.
