Clean the ear tips regularly of dirt and wax buildup.

To clean, remove ear tips from earbuds, then gently wipe away dust and oil with a dry cloth, and/or use warm water and mild soap to remove buildup. Completely dry before reattaching.

Before charging, ensure your earbuds (and charge case if applicable) are completely dry of sweat and water.
