To connect your Tarah Pro earbuds to the Jaybird App, please follow the steps below:
- Download the Jaybird App.
- Make sure your Tarah Pro earbuds are paired to your audio device.
- Open the Jaybird App and the Tarah Pro earbuds will connect automatically.
If you're having trouble connecting your earbuds to the Jaybird App, please try the following steps in order:
- Delete the Jaybird App from your phone.
- Turn your device’s Bluetooth ® off for at least 10 seconds.
- Reinstall the Jaybird App on your phone.
- Turn your device’s Bluetooth back on.
- Try connecting to the Jaybird App. Please be patient as this connection may sometimes take a little while.
If you still can not connect, please try a factory reset of your earbuds, following the instructions in “HOW DO I RESET MY JAYBIRD TARAH PRO EARBUDS?”
