• What does Logi AI Portal do and how does it work?

• Do I have to pay to use Logi AI Portal?
  The feature is free to use, but some capabilities from our partners may require a premium account from those partners.
• Why am I unable to see the Logi AI Portal in Logi Options+?
  • Please make sure that your computer region is set to “Mainland China”, and that the Options+ application is on version 1.85 or above for Windows, and 1.86 or above for macOS.
  • The Logi AI Portal can’t be assigned on a few buttons, such as the horizontal scroll wheel of some mice.
• Do I have to be logged in to use the Logi AI Portal?
  You do not need to be logged in to your LogiID account to use the AI Portal, but you will need to log into your personal accounts to use our partners tools, such as Ernie Bot or Doubao.
• How do I request a new feature or report an issue with Logi AI Portal?
  You can send us direct feedback using the User feedback button located in the sidebar of the AI Portal.
• Can I disable the Logi AI Portal?
  Unless you assign the AI Portal to one of your devices and actively use it, the AI Portal will not be running on your system, so the feature doesn’t have to be disabled.

  Logi AI Portal is only available to mainland China users.
• What languages is the Logi AI Portal available in?
  Logi AI Portal is only available in Chinese.
• What operating systems support the Logi AI Portal?
  Logi AI Portal is supported on Windows and macOS.
• Is the Logi AI Portal compatible with Logi Tune?
  Logi AI Portal is not compatible with Logi Tune.
• Why can’t I see WPS AI in my sidebar?
  WPS AI is currently only available on Windows.

Logi AI Portal AI Partners

• Do I have to pay for Ernie Bot to use it?
  Baidu Ernie bot offers a free tier available to all, but you can also get better performance and more advanced features by paying for Ernie Bot 4.0.
• Do I need to login to the different tools?
  You should login with your own account for the tools that you want to use. The AI Portal is simply an interface to help you access these more conveniently.
• What are the AI tools available?
  Baidu Ernie Bot, Doubao and WPS AI are currently available. More partners are going to be added soon.
• Why can’t I see WPS AI in my sidebar?
  WPS AI is currently only available on Windows.

Troubleshooting the Logi AI Portal

• Loading times are slow or some images aren’t loading
  Please make sure you have a good internet connection, and are not connected to the internet using a VPN or other proxy service, since all the tools are only available to mainland China users.
• I can’t find the AI Portal in the action list
  First of all, please make sure your computer is set in the mainland China region, and you’re using a compatible version of Options+:
  • On macOS
    The region setting is available in System Settings > Language & Region > Region for internet services.
    Options+ 1.86 and above (macOS).
  • On Windows
    The region setting is available in Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region.
    Options+ 1.85 and above (Windows).
  If the region setting is correct, but you do not see the AI Portal, please make sure you’re using a compatible version of Options+ (see Options+ version requirement below). If the AI Portal is still not available, please re-install Options+.
• The interface looks weird
  If you’re on macOS Ventura 13.2 or earlier, please upgrade your OS. The AI Portal leverages some components from Safari that are only available on macOS Ventura 13.3 and above.
• Why do I need to continuously login to Baidu Ernie Bot?
  If you’re using WeChat, Weibo or QQ to login to Ernie Bot, you will need to login again every time you re-open the AI Portal. This behavior is similar to Ernie Bot’s website, which will require users to login again every time they close their web browser. You can instead use phone number login, or scan Baidu’s QR Code with Baidu app or WeChat, and your account will always remain logged in.
