There are two different methods to change the USB report rate:
Method 1:
On the Performance tab in G HUB, click the Performance icon and select the REPORT RATE option. Click the desired level of report rate.
Method 2:
You can also hold down the Fn key and press F2 key to switch to 8KHz Report rate directly. This will be indicated by a dedicated LED on the keyboard.
