If you’re experiencing issues with your headphones such as connectivity, audio, distortion, or connecting to the Jaybird App, you may want to try resetting your headphones.

- Make sure your headphones are powered off.
- From an off-state, press and hold the power button for five seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.
- Double press the power button. The LED will flash orange rapidly and you should hear a low double tone and your headphones will turn off. Your headphones have now been reset.
