To customize the frequency between your smart alerts:
- Open the Settings menu.
- Tap and hold Event Alerts next to the camera whose notification frequency you want to change. Alternatively, you can tap the More Settings button next to the camera name and tap on the Smart Alerts menu item.
- Slide the Smart Alerts toggle right to enable (if not already enabled).
- Change Maximum Frequency to 1m (minutes), 15m, or 30m.
