Problèmes de boutons/ touches/ contrôles
Si un bouton de votre souris ne répond pas, essayez les manipulations ci-dessous:
- Essayez l’appareil sur un autre ordinateur
- Nettoyez le bouton en soufflant dessus ou en utilisant une bombe d’air comprimé
- Assignez une nouvelle commande au bouton en utilisant le logiciel Logitech Options.
Un clic simple produit un double clic
Si votre souris produit un double clic alors que vous ne cliquez qu’une fois, essayez les manipulations ci-dessous:
- Essayez l’appareil sur un autre ordinateur
- Nettoyez le bouton en soufflant dessus ou en utilisant une bombe d’air comprimé
- Branchez la souris (ou son récepteur) dans d’autres ports USB de votre ordinateur. N’utilisez pas de hub USB ou autre adaptateur.
- Ajustez la sensibilité du double clic:
- Windows: Cliquez sur Démarrer > Panneau de Configuration > Souris > Boutons et bougez ensuite le curseur vers la gauche.
- Mac OS: Ouvrez les Préférences Système > Souris > Double cliquez sur Vitesse et bougez ensuite le curseur vers la gauche.
