- Open Device Manager — In the Windows search box (on the toolbar in Windows 10 and in the Start menu on older versions of Windows), type Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, click Imaging devices, then Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920.
- Right-click Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920, then click Update Driver.
- Select Browse my computer for driver software.
- Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers.
- Under "Select the device driver you want to install for this hardware", select the option to update the generic USB driver.
