To record mouse button clicks in a macro with LGKS, please follow the instructions below:

Launch LGKS.

Select the Profile you wish to modify.

Click the button you wish to record for and select Assign Macro...->Create New Macro...

Name the macro.

Right click in the white box where the keystrokes appear.

Select Insert Mouse Event. (See screenshot below)

Select the button (e.g. left, right, scroll wheel, etc..)

Select the action (e.g. down, up, click, etc...)

Click OK to save your changes.
