If you receive a G5 mouse not found message when you are attempting to upgrade the firmware, do the following:
Check that your mouse is plugged directly into your computer. Using hubs or KVMs could cause the computer to fail to recognize the mouse.
Plug your mouse into a different USB port. You could have a bad USB port.
Try upgrading your mouse on a different computer.
If the preceding instructions did not resolve the problem, you will need to contact Logitech technical support.
