If your Harmony 880, 885, 890, 895, 880 Pro or 880 Pro Remote periodically reboots on its own, a battery spacer may be required to allow the battery to fit correctly inside the remote. To check if a battery spacer is required:
- Remove the battery cover from your remote
- Check to see if the battery is seated firmly. If it has enough space to move around, please insert a folded piece of paper between the end of the battery opposite the contacts and the remote
-
If after the paper is inserted your remote no longer reboots itself, please send an email to Logitech Support with your address information and let us know that your Harmony remote requires a battery spacer.
