You may be trying to use surround sound with a source that does not work well with it. Try the following:
- Turn off the surround sound on your G930 headset by moving the switch on the back upward away from the Dolby logo.
- If your source should have surround sound, make sure that the application producing the sound is set to output in Dolby surround sound.
