The Logitech Revue Companion box is not compatible with USB hubs. This is because certain USB hubs require special drivers that would need to be installed onto the Revue Companion Box for compatibility.
Some USB hubs may work, however if you are experiencing any issues communicating with a USB device through a USB hub, we recommend connecting the USB device directly to the Logitech Revue Companion Box.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
