NOTE: This information is for Philips hue setup using 3.4.33 and later firmware. Be sure to update the firmware on your remote to the most current version for hue bulb control.
Your Harmony Ultimate can control Philip hue bulbs individually or as a group. Bulb settings can also turn on when you start any of your Harmony activities. To control your Philips hue system, it must be paired with your Harmony Ultimate (see answer 360023237234).
Select Philips hue lights to control with your remote

On the LCD screen, tap the light bulb icon on the bottom-left.

Tap Hue Light Group.

Select the bulbs you want to include in this group.

Tap < to save.
Once saved, you'll be able to control the group of bulbs together.
Add Philips hue control to an activity

Tap the light bulb icon on the bottom-left corner.

Customize your hue bulb settings to the brightness and temperature you want by sliding the brightness and temperature bars.

Scroll down and tap Program.

Tap the Activity you want to add Philips hue control to.

Tap Set to include this Philips hue action, or Update to apply this change.

Tap < to save.
Your Philips hue system should now turn on with these settings when you start the activity.
NOTE: To turn off your hue bulbs, press and hold the light bulb icon.
Adding and renaming hue bulb names

Use the Philips hue app to add, remove or change the names of your hue bulbs.

After making the changes from the Philips hue app, your hub will automatically update.
Customize hue settings when turning an activity off
You can program your Philips hue system to turn off by pressing the Off button. You can change this setting if you want your hue system to behave differently when you press the Off button.

Tap the light bulb icon on the bottom-left corner.

Customize your hue bulb settings to the brightness and temperature you want when you press the Off button on your remote.
NOTE: Slide the Brightness bar to the left to turn the bulbs off.

Scroll down and tap Program.

Tap Off button.
-
Tap Update to include this Phillips hue action to the Off button.

Tap < to save.
Your Philips hue lights should now go to these settings when you press the Off button on your remote.
Toggle hue lights on and off

Press and hold the light bulb icon to turn your hue lights on or off.
Customize hue bulb colors for an activity
You must use your Philips hue app to customize the color for your bulbs.
After customizing your bulbs to the color you want, follow the instructions in Add Philips hue control to an activity to update an Activity.
Control hue lights individually

Tap the light bulb icon on the bottom-left corner.

Tap All hue lights.

Customize your hue bulb settings to the brightness and temperature you want.
Control LivingColors Bloom and LightStrips
You can customize the LivingColors Bloom and LightStrips light colors for an activity, but the temperature (warm/cool) for these two lights won't change using the slider. There is no change to the lights if you move the slider from one setting to the other, as this isn't currently supported by Philips hue.
