The Bluetooth Easy-Switch Keyboard K811 has sensors that detect your hands and turn the backlight on and off automatically. The backlight intensity also adjusts automatically, depending on the level of light in your room.

You can manually adjust up to four levels of backlight intensity, or turn off automatic backlight control using the F8 and F9 keys.

You can restore automatic backlight control by turning the keyboard off and then back on. Automatic backlight control is also restored when the keyboard is idle for two or more hours.

NOTES:

• In bright light and with low keyboard battery levels, the backlight adjustment keys are disabled.
• Low battery power causes the backlight to turn off, which helps to conserve battery power.
