You can use Logitech Gaming software (LGS) 8.74.80 and later to customize surround sound settings on the G633 and G933 gaming headsets.
NOTE: Make sure you're using the latest version of LGS before you connect your gaming headset to the PC. You can download the latest version of LGS from your gaming headset's support Download page.
Enable and disable surround sound
The G633 and G933 gaming headsets can have surround sound mode enabled or disabled by following one of two methods:
DTS Headphone:X™
Click the toggle switch in the Surround Sound Mixer to the left position to enable DTS Headphone:X™.
NOTE: The DTS Headphone:X™ logo will appear lit when DTS Headphone:X™ is enabled.
You can choose from the following three Room Name options:
You can choose from the following two Super Stereo Modes:
Dolby® Surround Sound
Click the toggle switch in the Surround Sound Mixer to the right position to enable Dolby® Surround.
NOTE: The Dolby® Headphone logo will appear lit when Dolby® Surround is enabled.
Audio Channel Volume Settings
Click the up or down arrows to adjust the volume level for each audio channel in the 7.1 surround sound configuration. The incremental adjustments range from 0 to 11.
Game-specific surround sound profiles
LGS can be used to create new or import LGS preset game profiles for the G633 and G933 gaming headsets. These profiles allow you to configure surround sound mode for compatible games on your PC. Here's how to enable this option:
NOTE: Make sure you're using the latest version of LGS before you connect your gaming headset to the PC. You can download the latest version of LGS from your gaming headset's support Download page.

Enable and disable surround sound
The G633 and G933 gaming headsets can have surround sound mode enabled or disabled by following one of two methods:

G2 G-key — Press the G2 G-key to cycle between stereo and surround sound modes on the gaming headset.
NOTE: The default Surround sound on/off command assignment for the G2 G-key can assigned to another G-key if desired. See Customize G-keys on the G633 and G933 gaming headsets with Logitech Gaming Software for details on customizing G-keys on your gaming headset. -
LGS Surround Sound Mixer On/Off — Click the Power icon to the right of Surround Sound Mixer in the LGS Customize Surround Sound window to enable or disable surround sound on the gaming headset.
DTS Headphone:X™
Click the toggle switch in the Surround Sound Mixer to the left position to enable DTS Headphone:X™.
NOTE: The DTS Headphone:X™ logo will appear lit when DTS Headphone:X™ is enabled.
You can choose from the following three Room Name options:
- DTS 7.1
- First Person Shooter
- Logitech Signature Stereo
You can choose from the following two Super Stereo Modes:
- Super Stereo Front
- Super Stereo Wide
Dolby® Surround Sound
Click the toggle switch in the Surround Sound Mixer to the right position to enable Dolby® Surround.
NOTE: The Dolby® Headphone logo will appear lit when Dolby® Surround is enabled.

- Check Enable per profile surround sound in the bottom-left corner of the Customize Surround Sound window.
- Navigate to the Profiles area in the top-right corner.
- Click to select from the list of game-specific profiles to configure the surround sound settings for your game.
