The G15/G11 has a set of standard multi-media buttons. These buttons are similar to the buttons on CD and DVD players. Most current media players will support standard multi-media buttons. If the buttons do not work as expected in a particular media player, please contact the media player's vendor for assistance.
The following will describe the functionality of the media buttons on the G15/G11 Gaming Keyboard:

| Play/Pause | Plays/pauses music or a movie |
|
| Stop | Stops the music or movie that is playing |
|
| Previous/Rewind | Plays the previous track, or rewinds the current track if you hold down the button |
|
| Next/Fast Forward | Skips to the next track, or fast forwards the current track if you hold down the button |
|
| Volume Up/Down | Adjusts the volume. Rotate the dial clockwise to turn up the volume, and counter-clockwise to turn down the volume |
|
| Mute | Mutes the volume. Press once to mute, press again to restore the volume to its previous level |
