Some keys on your Cordless Desktop Wave Keyboard do not respond when typing. These symptoms can vary from all keys to specific keys or groups of keys.
All keys stop responding
If all of your keys on your keyboard are not working, this may be due to a connection issue. Reconnect your keyboard using Knowledge Base article 360023378273.
The A through Z keys stop responding
If the letter keys (A-Z) stop working but the F keys and other keyboard features function normally, your keyboard has likely lost its security encryption. To solve this problem you will need to reset the keyboard encryption. For instructions on how to do this see Knowledge Base article 360023378273.
Function Keys (F1-F12)
If the special function keys (F1 - F12) stop responding you may need to reprogram them using Logitech's Mouse and Keyboard software (SetPoint). For more information on how to use SetPoint, see Knowledge Base article 360023378273.
