- Unplug your G15 keyboard and then plug your keyboard into a different USB port on your computer.
- If the problem persists, try using your keyboard on another computer to determine if it is a keyboard or computer problem.
- If the problem still persists, please contact customer support. See Knowledge Base article 9869.
Note: Your G15 keyboard was designed to be plugged directly into your computer. Using third part devices may interfere with communication between your G15 keyboard and your computer. Make sure your keyboard is plugged directly into your computer and is not plugged into the following devices:
- KVM switch boxes
- Port Replicators
- Docking Stations
- USB Hubs
