When adding your AV Receiver (AVR), Revue does not recognize your AVR brand and model number. This is often due to an incorrectly entered AVR brand or model number. Before proceeding, verify that you have entered the correct brand and model number. If the brand and model number are correct, try the additional troubleshooting steps.
- Confirm that you have the original remote control for your AVR.
NOTE: If you do not have the original remote control for your AVR, Revue will search for AVRs similar to yours, and setup will continue. - Follow the instructions to send IR codes from your AVR remote control to Revue. Point your AVR remote control at the Revue, and press buttons on the remote as instructed. Your remote will send IR codes to the Revue and configure it to work with your AVR.
- Answer any additional on-screen questions about your AVR.
Your AVR will be added to your Revue system.
