If some of the keys on your Keyboard Controller are not working as expected, select the option that best describes your issue:
- Keyboard Controller does not respond to any key press
- Keyboard Controller responds to some key presses
Keyboard Controller does not respond to any key press
- Make sure the power switch on the Keyboard Controller is set to ON.
- Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly. If necessary replace the batteries.
- Try pairing your Keyboard Controller if it's still not responding, see Knowledge Base article 360023396573.
- If pairing fails, please contact Logitech Customer Care for further assistance.
- Move devices such as cell phones, radios, wireless routers, microwaves, and other devices away from the area. Such devices can cause radio frequency interference.
Keyboard Controller responds to some key presses
Verify that the keys that are not responding are configured to send out a command to your Revue.
- From the Home bar, go to All Apps > Settings > Input devices.
- From the Input devices menu, select Customize controller keys.
- If it's a customizable key, make sure that the customization is correct and complete. If the key is customized correctly, contact Logitech Customer Care for further assistance.
- If one of the non customizable keys are not working, contact Logitech Customer Care for further assistance. For a list of non customizable keys see Knowledge Base article 360023396573.
