If you're having a problem connecting your Bluetooth device to your Mini Boombox, try the following:

• Make sure Bluetooth on your device is active and that it is paired with your Mini Boombox. (See answer 360023405013 for help with pairing and connecting to a Bluetooth device).

• If you're connecting a new device, make sure you've disconnected the current device by turning off its Bluetooth radio. See your device's support documentation for help.

• Your device might be out of range from the Mini Boombox — try moving your Bluetooth device closer to the boombox.

• You might be experiencing wireless interference — try moving your Bluetooth device and the boombox away from other wireless sources.
