If you're having a problem connecting your Bluetooth device to your Mini Boombox, try the following:
Make sure Bluetooth on your device is active and that it is paired with your Mini Boombox. (See answer 360023405013 for help with pairing and connecting to a Bluetooth device).
If you're connecting a new device, make sure you've disconnected the current device by turning off its Bluetooth radio. See your device's support documentation for help.
Your device might be out of range from the Mini Boombox — try moving your Bluetooth device closer to the boombox.
You might be experiencing wireless interference — try moving your Bluetooth device and the boombox away from other wireless sources.
