If you're experiencing audio issues with your UE 6000 headphones, try the following suggestions:
-
Your UE 6000 can work without any battery power, but if the batteries are dead, you must slide the switch to the "Off" position. You won't hear any audio if the switch is set to "On" and the batteries are dead. (The batteries in your headphones power the amplifier and Active Noise Cancellation.)
-
Make sure that both ends of the cable are connected securely to the headphones and to your device.
-
Check to see that your device is playing audio and that it's not muted.
-
Try adjusting the volume on your device.
-
If you are connected to your computer, make sure you have the UE 6000 selected as the audio output device (see your computer's support documentation for more help).
NOTE: Some smartphones have a 3.5mm jack that is incompatible with the UE 6000 headset. This can cause the headset to not produce any sound.
