The Windows key on your gaming keyboard is disabled when it's in Game Mode. The Game button is located above the F5 key.
The Game mode LED indicator (located above the Mute key) lights up when the keyboard is in Game Mode.
To take the keyboard out of Game Mode, press the Game Mode button. The Windows key should now work.
