G560 firmware version 122.3.23 contains the following changes:
- Fixed an issue that caused the speaker to be muted all the time after unplugging the headphone jack, while the volume was at zero.
- Adjusted the master volume curve for satellite speakers and subwoofer.
- Added subwoofer level control in G560 Speakers tab. This setting will be saved directly to your speakers.
Installing the update
Follow these steps to update the firmware on your G560 to version 122.3.23:
- Make sure your G560 is connected to the computer via USB.
- Confirm that GHUB is updated to version 2021.5.9841 or later.
- To download the latest firmware for your G560, click here.
- Launch the G560 Gaming Speaker Update Tool.
- Click Start, and wait for the firmware update to complete.
- Restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect.
