Due to the Apple T2 Security Chip design, you will not be able to use the Baidu Speech Input Software when you are connected to an external monitor and have closed your Macbook. You will need to turn on the Macbook screen to use the software normally. Please check if your Macbook is built with T2 Security Chip.
