Under ideal conditions, your Spotlight 2 remote can work up to 100 feet (30 meters). For the best performance, make sure nothing is blocking the signal between the remote and the USB receiver — walls, furniture, or other objects can reduce the range.
If your remote isn’t reaching that far:
- Fully charge the batteries.
- Check that the USB‑C receiver is securely plugged in.
- Move the receiver so there’s a clear path to the remote.
- Keep other electronics, like phones, routers, microwaves, or radios, away from the workspace.
- Try using Spotlight 2 in a different location to see if the range improves.
