If your mouse's Bluetooth range doesn't match the listed specification, try the following.
- Test at a short distance. Confirm you have a clean connection by testing your mouse close to your computer first.
- Avoid interference sources and obstructions. Keep your mouse away from metal surfaces or thick walls, as these can shorten range.
- Disconnect unused Bluetooth devices. Unpair or disconnect other active Bluetooth devices nearby, as too many connections can weaken signal strength.
- Update your firmware. Find the latest version on Logi Options+ or G HUB and update the firmware. To check for firmware updates, select your device > open Settings > check under Firmware version for updates.
- Update your operating system. Make sure your phone or computer's operating system is fully up to date.
- Test in a different location. Try using your mouse in a different room to rule out environmental interference.
