If your mouse's wireless range doesn't match the listed specification, try the following.
- Place the receiver in an open area. Avoid rear PC ports or docking stations, as these are often farther from your mouse and can be more prone to signal interference from nearby cables and devices.
- Move the receiver. Use a USB extension cable to move it away from potential sources of interference.
- Clear physical obstacles. Remove large metal objects or desk frames near the receiver.
- Switch your Wi-Fi network. Switch from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz, if possible, to lower wireless congestion.
- Confirm correct pairing. Make sure your mouse is paired to the correct LIGHTSPEED, Logi Bolt, or Unifying receiver.
- Update your firmware. Find the latest version on Logi Options+ or G HUB and update the firmware. To check for firmware updates, select your device > open Settings > check under Firmware version for updates.
