Use your mouse on a flat, matte surface, avoid glass or reflective desks, or use a mouse pad.
Update your device firmware using Logi Options+ or G HUB. Select your mouse > open Settings > check under Firmware version for updates.
Reconnect your mouse or USB receiver directly to a different USB port on your computer, avoid using external USB hubs, and restart your computer.
Reset your mouse settings to default within Logi Options+ or G HUB.
Test your mouse in different applications or on another computer to isolate whether the issue is software-related.
