You are likely experiencing standby mode. If your Logitech G FITS are inactive for 60 minutes they will enter into standby mode to conserve battery. In standby mode your earbuds will disconnect from your audio device and go to sleep.
There are a couple of ways to wake up your earbuds:
- Double-tap each earbud — you will hear a sound letting you know that your earbuds are awake. The earbuds will automatically sync with the last device connected to. Give the earbuds a few seconds to pair.
- Place the earbuds back into the case and then take them out. This will wake up the earbuds and they’ll reconnect to the last connected device.
NOTE: You must double tap both earbuds for the automatic connection to be triggered. They will not automatically connect to your audio device if you only double tap one side.
