This specifically happens with Windows 10 or earlier versions. When you connect Zone Vibe 100 to your laptop using a direct Bluetooth pairing, the default audio selection for your sound settings is Headphones (Zone Vibe 100 Stereo), which indicates that your headset is currently functioning as a playback device.
When you’re on a phone or video call, please select Headset (Zone Vibe 100 Hands-Free AG audio) manually on both your calling platform and in the Windows 10 sound settings so that your system recognizes the headset as a communication device.
