CLOUD GAMING HANDHELD can use different third-party cloud gaming services (ex. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, or NVIDIA GeForce NOW) to play games from the cloud on your device. These services have their own minimum requirements, but typically need the following:
A reliable, high-speed internet connection
A wireless network with little or no interference
Low latency with cloud gaming server
