On macOS Ventura, new USB and Thunderbolt accessories require your approval before the accessory can communicate with macOS for connections wired directly to the USB-C port. Therefore, when you connect any Logi receiver, you’ll see the following pop-up appear on your screen.
Click Allow to let your devices connected to the receiver work, and be detected by the respective software.
If your receiver or devices are not detected, or if you clicked Ignore, try the following steps:
- Unplug the receiver
- Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security, and scroll down to the Security section in the right panel. Next to Allow accessories to connect, select the option to Ask every time.
- Plug in your receiver.
- Click Allow when you see the following prompt again.
